• A (correct): Immediate hospital transport is the humanitarian priority. Section 134 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 2019 (which carries forward the 1988 provision) requires persons at an accident scene to help victims, and Section 134A protects good Samaritans from civil and criminal liability.
• B (wrong): Chasing a fast-moving vehicle endangers you and wastes time that the injured boy does not have. Your role is rescue, not enforcement.
• C (wrong): Informing the police matters, but it can be done on the way, through 112, or by hospital staff. It is not the first step.
