Universal Declaration of Human Rights adopted by United Nations General Assembly on 10 December 1948 from the outcome of Second World War which shows first global expression of rights which all human beings are inherently entitled. It comprise of 30 articles. In 1966, General Assembly takes two detailed Covenants which complete International Bill of Human Rights, where as in 1976, the Bill took on the force of international law. Among 30 Articles, following 3 Articles suggest that: Article 21: Suggest right of equal access to public service in his country. Article 25: Right to standard of living adequate for health and well-being of himself and family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and right to security in event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control. Article 26: Right to education with elementary, fundamental technical and professional levels for all on the basis of merit.
