Correct Answer: 1 only. With reference to RBIs ‘data diktat’ amongst the following, only statement 1 is correct. It mandated that the entire payment data shall be stored in systems located only in India. It doesn’t mandate data to be operated by public sector enterprises, hence statement 2 is incorrect. System Providers shall provide a System Audit Report (SAR) and the audit should be conducted by CERT-IN empanelled auditors. Hence, statement 3 is incorrect.
