Correct Answer: 2 only. The value of Indo- Sri Lanka trade has not consistently increased in the last past decade. Hence statement 1 is incorrect. Textile and textile articles constitute an important item of trade between India and Bangladesh. The major textile items of export are fibre, yarn of cotton, man made staple fibres and man made filaments where as major import items are fabric, apparel and other finished textile products. Hence Statement 2 is correct. In the last five year Bangladesh not Nepal has been the largest trading partner of India in South Asia, Hence 3 is incorrect.
