Correct Answer: Both 1 and 2 ​. In India the power to legislate is limited by Art 13 of Judicial Review. Also any interpretation of constitutionality of a law of parliament is done by the constitutional bench of Supreme Court. Further, recent examples wherein parliamentary laws have been challenged before the Supreme Court include the Amendments to Article 370 of the Indian Constitution, Citizenship Amendment Act, 2019 etc.
